This spice ball is used to infuse condiments, herbs and spices.
It has 4 notches to fit it simply according to the volume of spices to be inserted.
Thanks to the silicone wire, the two parts of the stainless steel ball are bound and held from side to side. This silicone thread ends in a hook, allowing the ball to be hung at the handle of the cooking container.
Recovering the spice ball from the broth is quick and easy, just using the hook to avoid getting burned.
