Vacuum cooking offers many advantages: preserved flavour, creamy dishes, unattended cooking, low consumption.
First you need a food vacuum machine: our Super-empty Supreme, very efficient and easy to handle. Then either our bags, small or wide, or our rolls to cut bags of different sizes. All are designed to cook under vacuum, or store food in the cold.
When it is about cooking, we also have the best choice. Supreme water ovens, the first in the world created for vacuum cooking, in 9 or 11 liters. Or our low-temperature cooking thermodivers, adaptable to any type of pot.
