This professional paste cut is entirely made of strong stainless steel.
This is a rigid straight dough cut. Entirely made of stainless steel, you can put it in the dishwasher for intense cleaning.
The blade is 12.5 cm wide, convenient for cutting bread dough, pizza or pastry, it is also used to scrape and clean worktops.
The edge is bevelled for a better edge.
