This large Silpat cooking canvas specially designed for macaroons allows a 35mm circle dressing of 63 macaroons.
It measures 58.5 cm by 38.5 cm and is ideal for cooking on perforated plates and grills of 60 cm by 40 cm.
Ideal for dressing macaroons on a regular basis and precisely, this macaroon fabric offers a perfect result!
Thanks to the marking on the canvas and its non-stick texture you can take off your macaroons very simply without damaging them.
This Silpat mat does not require any upstream greasing. Cleaning is also very simple, just rinse it with water with a sponge.
Its silicone-infused glass knit makes it resistant to temperatures ranging from -40 to 300 degrees Celsius!

Perfection at your fingertips! With this macaroon fabric you will make absolutely perfect macaroons: very regular and round! They are very easy to undo because the canvas does not stick and the marking simplifies the task! This canvas can be used for professional or domestic use. Of course it is not advisable to cut directly on the canvas. It is extremely strong, it is said that it can do up to 2000 cookings! A word of advice: after use, store it flat or rolled but never folded. |
