A short history of the LT mill grinder
In 1947, Louis Tellier revolutionized the world of cooking by creating the first professional vegetable mill.
The LT mill-shredder is patented and quickly met with great success with restaurateurs. Available as a model, the "LT mill" puts the purees, soups, compotes and coulis within reach of all hands.
Always as efficient and robust, the year of its 65th anniversary, the LT mill contributed to the record for the largest mashed potatoes in the world, established at Futuroscope Park in 2012 according to the famous recipe of Joel Robuchon.

Le moulin à légumes en inox TELLIER très cher était tout marqué.... vraiment pas appétissant je le renvoie et que l'on me le rembourse...
