The Paris U'Select Peugeot salt mill mechanism is designed to grind all dry salt crystals including coarse sea salt to reduce them to fine powder.

You can adjust the size of the grain of your salt to your taste. This model Peugeot u'Select allows you to precisely adjust the size of the grind (6 salt grinds possible).

Salt up to 4mm in size should be used.

It is important to choose the right salt to grind effectively:

• Dry salt is found in the depths of the earth, it is a fossil salt, it contains iron and potassium
• Wet grey sea salt is characterized by a high consistency and humidity that does not allow it to be milled with a conventional salt mill. This salt is rich in magnesium and trace elements
