Cette cocotte dont je connais la grande soeur a fait un grand plaisir à sa bénéficiaire. Le diamètre de 18 cm a été choisi pour ne pas être trop lourd a manipuler : c'est de la fonte. La cuisson est absolument top et c'est mon outil principal en hiver avec mon cuit vapeur (vitalieur). ça mijote doucement à feu très doux.
