C'est un tres bon produit si elle n'etait pas arrivée abimée avec une partie de l'emaillage partie et en petits morceaux dans le colis..

Merci d'avoir pris le temps de laisser votre avis au sujet de ce produit. Désolé pour l'incident durant le transport.
Nous prenons toutes les précautions nécessaires afin que le produit arrive en parfait état, mais cela arrive parfois. Par chance, c'est excessivement rare.
Désolé que cela soit tombé sur vous.
Je vois que mon collègue vous a fait parvenir une étiquette retour afin d'échanger le produit.
