This oyster lancet is very effective at opening oysters quickly and without forcing. It is light and measures 16cm.
The 7cm lancet blade is thin and very strong. The riveted handle made of bubinga wood ensures a good grip.
Don't hesitate to use a mesh glove to avoid injury.
