Produit de qualité essentiel pour les amateurs de Global. Je n’utilise pas de pierre à aiguiser (n’ayant jamais appris à m’en servir) et le fusil me semble un bon compromis pour ceux qui veulent que leurs couteaux soient toujours bien tranchants. À compléter avec un petit fusil diamant au grain un peu plus fin et c’est parfait.
