SILICONE Matfer Bourgeat

This 18.5cm silicone brush is mainly used in pastry or rotisserie to brush sauces, seasoned butters, marinades on hot meats.

Very resistant, you can dip it in preparations up to 300oC without the risk of melting the silicone.

After use, it can be easily cleaned with hot soapy water or a dishwasher.
