This sharpener (Great Model) allows you to get an ideal edge without requiring any special skills. Indeed the 2 stones are already in the best angle in order to get a perfect sharpening.
This sharpener is very easy to use: just put a little water in the machine and pass the knife 7 to 8 times on the no.1 stone in order to sharpen the blade and then repeat the operation on stone No. 2 to sharpen the blade.
The water in the compartment of the ceramic millstones ensures a permanent rinse of the ceramic millstones and prevents the blade from overheating.
MinoSharp Plus sharpeners have been tested and approved by CATRA, the supreme authority on knife sharpening techniques, located in Sheffield, England.
So that your knives GLOBAL are always sharp, we advise you to sharpen them with this sharpener GLOBAL. Indeed, we do not recommend the use of traditional sharpening rifle (with steel wick) which are often too abrasive for a blade of this finesse.
